My first job was a news reporter where I hyperventilated on live television- true story

I think my brother and sister kick ass 
I was raised running around a funeral home - more on that later 

I'd rather starve than fold dark socks
I think everyone should wait tables once in their life

I cherish my small-town upbringing. Cherish 

I like dirty martinis, extra olives, extra dirty

I'm overjoyed at the sight of Spanish moss or drapes blowing in the breeze

My favorite part of the design process: lighting (change your lighting, change your life)

I love photography (see pic of my pretty Mama and her artwork)

Writing this blog was one of my life's best decisions and biggest surprises
